Simply Blue Group has appointed David Povall as Chair of the Board of Simply Blue Energy Offshore Wind (SBE OSW). Povall has more than 20 years of experience in the global power generation sector, with involvement across multiple technologies and international markets.
In his role as Chair, Povall will be responsible for board governance and will support long-term strategic planning as the offshore wind business progresses projects in Europe and other regions.
The company has also appointed additional board members. Kazuma Fukai, Makoto Takeuchi, Yuki Koshida and Chris Gaydon have joined the Board alongside the new Chair.
