 The 200 MW Apuiat Wind Farm in Quebec, Canada, has reached commercial operation. The project is a 50-50 partnership between the Innu communities and Boralex and is located on the Nitassinan, the traditional territory of the Uashat mak Mani-utenam First Nation.
The 200 MW Apuiat Wind Farm in Quebec, Canada, has reached commercial operation. The project is a 50-50 partnership between the Innu communities and Boralex and is located on the Nitassinan, the traditional territory of the Uashat mak Mani-utenam First Nation.
Co-developed by the Innu communities, the wind farm comprises 34 Vestas V162 turbines, each with a capacity of 6 MW.
