Nordex has received several new orders from independent power producers in Spain. The orders cover a total of 38 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 245.8 MW, to be installed in the provinces of Teruel, Navarra, Burgos and León.
Projects in Teruel will use N163/6.X turbines alongside a single N175/6.X turbine. In Navarra, the orders include N163/6.X, N133/4800 and N163/5.X turbines. A project in Burgos will be equipped with N149/5.X turbines.
In addition, Nadara has ordered 12 N163/6.X turbines for the Castillo 1 wind farm in the province of León. The project has an installed capacity of 75 MW and is scheduled for commissioning in the first quarter of 2027.
Each order includes a long-term service contract. The names of the other customers and wind farms have not been disclosed.
