FairWind has appointed Alexandra Hof as Regional Head of Service for Northern Central Europe (NCE). The newly created role reflects a stronger focus on regional market development. She will lead service activities across key countries in the region, with responsibilities covering operational performance, service quality, and local business growth.
Alexandra brings over 18 years of experience in product management, operations, and strategy in the renewable energy and power generation sectors. Before joining FairWind, she was senior product management leader for offshore wind services at GE Vernova. There, she led a cross-disciplinary team focused on strategic planning and technology development for offshore wind operations in Europe. At FairWind, she will be responsible for the NCE service unit’s financial results and full project portfolio, including service and maintenance execution and performance tracking against strategic indicators. Alexandra holds an Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School in Germany. FairWind, headquartered in Vejle, Denmark, has more than 1,700 technicians operating in over 40 countries. It provides wind turbine services throughout the full project lifecycle.
