European Energy has agreed to divest a 50 per cent stake in the Tsoukes Sarres onshore wind park in Greece to Danish pension fund Sampension. The Tsoukes Sarres project has an installed capacity of 27 MW and comprises six onshore wind turbines.
Construction started in September 2024, with completion expected in the first half of 2026. The divestment supports European Energy’s strategy of developing and constructing renewable energy projects that attract long-term institutional investors, while enabling the company to reinvest capital into new developments across Europe.
