Japan’s Floating Offshore Wind Power Technology Research Association (FLOWRA) and Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (ClassNK) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on technology development in floating offshore wind.
FLOWRA works with international partners to research and develop shared technologies aimed at reducing costs and risks in floating wind deployment. ClassNK is an independent, non-profit classification society that promotes maritime safety and environmental protection through inspection and certification services worldwide.
