Greenvolt Group has agreed to sell a 231 MW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Spain to Transiziona, a company owned by White Summit Capital. The agreement covers a forward sale of projects totalling 145 MW to their commercial operation date, as well as a greenfield portfolio platform with an additional 86 MW of capacity.
The sale is made through Greenvolt's partnership with Green Mind Ventures, with the transaction valued at up to €195 million.
In the past two months, Greenvolt has also announced the sale of utility-scale projects in Poland worth €333 million. Including the latest transaction in Spain, total asset sales by the Group in 2025 now amount to around €530 million.
Greenvolt is continuing with its strategy of divesting 70–80% of its large-scale projects at either Ready-to-Build or commercial operation phases. The Group currently has a 13.2 GW pipeline in 18 countries and aims to advance at least 5.3 GW to Ready-to-Build status by the end of 2025.
