Spie Wind Connect, the wind power high-voltage provider of Spie Global Services Energy, has been contracted by Shinfox Far East Energy (SFE) to carry out termination and testing of the inter-array cables (IACs) for the TPC Phase II offshore wind farm, approximately 20 kilometres off Changhua County, Taiwan.
The IACs connect 31 Vestas V174-9.5 MW wind turbines to the offshore substation. Work began in August 2025 and is scheduled for completion in 2026. Once operational, the wind farm is expected to generate around 1,000 GWh of electricity annually.
