Greenvolt sells wind and solar portfolio in Spain

Greenvolt Group has agreed to sell a 231 MW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Spain to Transiziona, a company owned by White Summit Capital. The agreement covers a forward sale of projects totalling 145 MW to their commercial operation date, as well as a greenfield portfolio platform with an additional 86 MW of capacity.

American Offshore Services adds fourth vessel to G-Class fleet

American Offshore Services has announced the delivery of M/V Gamekeeper, the fourth vessel in its G-Class fleet. Built in the USA and compliant with the Jones Act, the 30-metre catamaran is now operational and will support offshore wind projects along the U.S. East Coast.
Gamekeeper is powered by four engines and fitted with Northern Offshore Services’ high-grip fender system. It has capacity for 24 passengers and is designed specifically for crew transfer operations in the USA’s offshore wind sector.
