The Floating Offshore Wind Power Technology Research Association (FLOWRA) of Japan and DNV have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore cooperation in the development of floating offshore wind technologies.
The two organisations will assess opportunities to work together on research and development. FLOWRA focuses on advancing shared foundational technologies in partnership with overseas organisations to help lower costs and reduce risks in floating offshore wind.
